the Essence of Radiance
Radiance by Sat Nam was born from a simple but powerful truth:
true radiance arises when you return to yourself.
Sat Nam means “Truth is my identity.”
It is a sacred reminder that you are not the tension you carry,
not the stress held in your body, nor the roles you play in this life.
You are the light of your soul.
But in the body, all of life is stored.
Emotion, overwhelm, and the pace at which you move through the world
can begin to settle within you, creating heaviness, stagnation, and disconnection.
But the body is not working against you.
It is always seeking to restore, to cleanse, to return to balance.
Through lymphatic work, breath, and intentional touch, we begin to support that natural process.
The body softens.
The system regulates.
Energy begins to flow again.
And when you return to that state, something awakens.
A sense of peace, clarity, and presence begins to radiate from within.
That glow… is your Radiance.
This space was created to guide you back to that essence, through touch, breath, and movement, so you can reconnect with who you truly are
and let the light of your soul shine.
THE METHOD
The Radiance Method was born through my foundation in Kundalini Yoga, a practice that understands the body, mind and soul as deeply connected.
From this foundation, the work evolved into a more embodied, hands-on experience.
Through lymphatic bodywork, we support the body’s natural flow, releasing stagnation, reducing heaviness, and restoring movement within the system.
Through breath and nervous system regulation, the body shifts out of stress and into a state of safety.
At times, the work extends deeper, through womb-focused care, supporting release, reconnection, and a deeper awareness of the body.
Each session is guided by this approach, where physical, emotional, and energetic layers are all considered.
This is not just a treatment.
It is a return to balance, to flow, and to yourself.
